Short version:
I had been dating this girl for a year and a half. Its not the longest period of time but we grew really close. In the last month she began growing closer to a work colleague of hers in which they would text constantly. Things progressed and they started going on dates, while my ex would lie to me about ever doing so. I went away on a holiday and they continued to have dates, until one night i receive a text message saying that she cant do it anymore (and later found out that she was cheating anyway). I was shocked, and a text message about it, really?
A week later i arrived back in my home state and went to the local shopping complex with a few of my friends and unfortunately i ran into my ex and her new boy toy. I confronted her and demanded to know why she did it. She never told me.
It is about two weeks afterwards now, and we have chatted on and off but it has been mainly silence.
After everything she has done i feel like i should hate her, although all i feel is that i miss her.
What do i do?
